Motor Mounts: 

General information:

Most common electric motors have mounting holes on only one side. When a reduction drive unit is mounted to the motor, these holes are used to mount the drive unit to the motor. When this is done, there is no way to mount the motor to the end cap or bulkhead. The mounts shown here address this problem. By using a split or compression cylinder design, a motor with a pre-installed drive unit can be mounted to a vertical surface, namely an end cap or bulkhead.
