"The boat I received was complete and with some minor assembly it was in the water and fully operational within a couple of hours. The instructions were easy to read and covered all aspects of final assembly, linkage, trim adjustments (which were unnecessary), prep and operations.  To-date I have not had any significant problems with this outstanding Los Angeles class boat"
